Your role also includes assisting tour groups as needed and taking ownership of sales tasks, all while maintaining a flexible approach to your responsibilities.

Job Description

  • Responsible for taking care of assigned customers.
  • Enthusiastically advise clients under your care.
  • Understand tour itineraries.
  • Prepare reports after training sessions.
  • Serve tour groups upon request.
  • Take ownership of sales-related tasks.
  • Able to serve tour groups, and work early or late hours as needed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduated from Colleges or Universities majoring in Tourism.
  • Work-related traits: Proactive, honest, attentive, and friendly. Eager to learn.
  • Not hesitant to communicate with company leadership.
  • Commitment to work for a minimum of 2 years from the signing of the labor contract.
  • Able to present and create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Basic office skills.
  • Aspiration for advancement in the tourism industry.

Location & Working Time

  • Location: 10th Floor, Thanh Dung Office Building, 179 Nguyen Cu Trinh Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
  • Working time of the week: from Monday to Saturday morning every week.
  • Working time of the day: From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. 1-hour lunch break.
