1. Guides:
In Saigon: Mr. Hung (Cu Chi Tour)……Mr Hung was EXCELLENT! we absolutely loved this tour – the tunnels were fascinating but also Mr Hung was a great tour guide at the tunnels and knew all the information about the tunnels. he was very patient with the kids too. He was wonderful!
In Saigon: Ms. Chi (Vespa Tour)…We had a guy called Vic who was our tour guide and he was lots of fun! this was one of our favourite things we did in Vietnam and have recommended it to everyone, Vic was a great tour guide, and all the drivers were lovely too.
In Nha Trang: Mr. Thong..a great guide who tried very hard the whole time to give us a great day. he was very informative and friendly.
In Hoi An: Mr. An (My Son Tour). Mr An was lovely and gave us a wonderful tour – he knew all the history of My Son and was very friendly and able answer all our questions.
In Ha Long: Mr. Phong (Halong Cruise).. Mr Phong was very nice, although we got the feeling the poor man has been to Ha Long bay so many times!
2. Transport:
all our cars / vans were large and clean and the drivers were very good. ALWAYS ON TIME!
3. Design and management of your tour:
Jeanny you were wonderful! I only wish we had had your details earlier as I would have gotten you to book the whole thing for me! I have already passed our details onto friends for their future Vietnam holidays.
