7-Day Vietnam Super Quick Tour Feedback Thank you for your message. We have returned home safely. The journey home was a little difficult because I developed an infection in my injured leg, but it is improving now. The train trip was fine, but a little crowded. The first night we shared the cabin with an Italian man and a French man, but there were a lot of noisy Russians in the next cabin. The second night we had 2 Vietnamese men in the room with us – much quieter.
We liked all the hotels – they were clean and comfortable. The one in Hoi An was especially nice. The staff at all the hotels was gracious and friendly. Breakfast was good at all the hotels. We enjoyed the Vietnamese food very much, and always had more than enough to eat. Lunch on the boat 3 different times was always delicious, and we also enjoyed the Koto restaurant.
The guides were interesting and helpful. Our favorite was Viet, but we were also very happy with Tam, Bao and Anh. Tam even took extra photos and emailed them to us at the end of the day. That was very kind.
The tours were very enjoyable and informative. The only thing I would suggest is that older people like us should probably not ride bicycles, just walk on the pathways near the rice paddies.
Thank you for your excellent service. If we ever hear of anyone going to Vietnam, we will definitely recommend they contact you.
By the way, Harlan went to the Far East Dental Clinic in Ho Chi Minh city and was very pleased with his teeth cleaning. I also received excellent care by the doctor and nurses at the FV Clinic in Ho Chi Minh city.
