We might have extra time to explore the city if your cruise ship docks in Phu My port. Please inform us so that we can modify the tour as necessary. Your Phu My shore excursion to Ho Chi Minh City will begin when you arrive at Phu My Port in Vung Tau. Our guide will pick you up and take you to the Reunification Palace, followed by a stop at the Notre Dame Cathedral, which was built between 1863 and 1880 by the French colonists. It has two bell towers that stand more than 58 meters (190 feet) tall.
Then, proceed to Ho Chi Minh City’s historic Saigon Old Post Office. Enjoy the recognizable building that combines Western and Vietnamese design in every aspect. Continue to China Town, the area of the city with the most activity. Observe local activities such as shopping at markets or street sellers to get a glimpse of daily life. We will have some shopping time at the Ben Thanh Market after our filling lunch at a top-notch neighborhood eatery. This market is a very popular tourist destination largely because of its rich history and ideal location. From gorgeous silk Ao Dai to fake Nike shoes, it sells a variety of things.
