You are welcomed by Viet Vision Travel’s tour guide & driver. Ethnic minorities cultivate and protect Chappi Mountains Arabica coffee at 1,500 meters above sea level. The Chappi Mountains Arabica Coffee is produced to the highest standards in the world and is overseen and managed by Swiss. You will have the chance to enjoy a cup of certified coffee (Special Product from Dalat, One Commune One Product (OCOP), Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), other) with a natural and delectable aroma when you purchase this carefully chosen and hand-picked coffee.
In addition to visiting a coffee farm and taking part in a class to learn more about the traditional recipe and the many Chappi Mountains Coffee products, you will have the opportunity to take in the breathtaking beauty of nature. You will specifically have the chance to learn about and engage with the various stages of the complete coffee production process, from the growth of the coffee tree through roasting to finally savoring the delectable and renowned coffee drops. Additionally, you can discover the village’s beauty, interact with the inhabitants, and take in the regional customs.
When you arrive at the Chappi Mountains Coffee site, you’ll be given a welcome coffee and given a tour of the region where the coffee is grown and processed. Our Arabica coffee is cultivated without the use of any chemicals that could harm the consumer’s health or the coffee’s quality on the steep hills of the mountains. The tour guides will begin showing you the sights. You may enjoy and experience the tranquility of the countryside while you go thanks to its lush, pure vegetation and clean air.
Depending on when you travel and visit, you can interact with the locals and experience everyday farmer activities like picking coffee, coffee harvest (from October to February), and coffee flower blossom (March/April). To learn more about coffee and its quality, stop by the coffee farm and sample the many roasted Chappi Mountains Coffee products. Enjoy lunch with delectable regional cuisine. Attempt a cup of classic coffee.
Chappi will walk you through the entire process of making coffee, from planting the tree to processing the cherries when they are harvested. The ‘quintessence of Heaven and Earth’ will then be immediately enjoyed once you roast and grind coffee beans on your own. You can purchase your own Chappi Mountains coffee to take home as a gift for your loved ones (250g included; the Chappi Mountains coffee store has a wide variety of coffee items). Additionally, a free tour guide will be available to you at the rest stop who will introduce coffee and demonstrate how to make it in the modern method. Trip ends.
