Day 1: Saigon - Cai Be Town - An Binh island (L, D)
In the morning, you will be picked up at the hotel then drive to Cai Be town. On arrival, walk around to see orchard, rice paper, rice crispies, coconut candy producing process. Then take a boat trip to An Binh island. At noon, enjoy lunch at a local house with specialties of Mekong Delta.
In the afternoon, take a biking trip around the island through fruit garden, along canals... On the way, stop at local houses to enjoy seasonal fruits, see bees-breeding in wooden boxes at a local farm, villages….Overnight at homestay

Day 2: An Binh island - Vinh Long - Long Ho - Saigon (B, L)
Wake up early this morning and have breakfast. Next, cycle to the local market to join the locals in their daily shopping. Enjoy a guided tour of the market followed by cycling around the local villages. Then boat to Vinh Long. Keep cycling to Long Ho, stop to visit pottery factory, handicraft village where you will see the blacksmith, water coconut leave weaving for house roof… keep on riding to Long Phuoc village to visit rice paddy, villages. back to Vinh Long. Enjoy lunch at the restaurant. In the afternoon, drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.
