I’d like to give you some feedback on our recent trip to Vietnam, everything went to plan and ran like clockwork, we were extremely impressed with the planning and organisation. There was one issue with a bed for the three year old at our hotel in Ho Chi Minh City but that seemed to be magically resolved by the hotel reception staff contacting your organisation.
The quality of the accommodation was good, excellent in fact apart from the hotel on Cat Ba which was a bit tired and run down, but I understand that was a substitute hotel as it was Tet. The drivers and transportation were also of a very high standard – the kids particularly enjoyed the novelty of the “party bus” in Ho Chi Minh City.
Stacey and Belinda were impressed with the cooking class in Hoi An, they had one on one training and the overall experience really exceeded all of their expectations.
We had many concerns before arriving in Vietnam, particularly travelling with a three year old, but your guide Mr Hoa, put us at ease from the start and showed us the ropes. When we had a potential crisis ( I was scratched by an angry dog while running on Cat Ba ) Mr Hoa, on his day off, travelled with me to the hospital to ensure that I understood the medical advice I was given. Mr Hoa was at all times helpful, friendly, engaging, informative and genuinely concerned about us. He interacted with my family in exactly the right way. I can’t commend him enough, he is a credit to your organisation.
I can’t say enough about how impressed we all were with your lovely country and people.
