No problem. I can give you breakdown of a few below.
Restaurants – you made great choices.. You picked very clean restaurants with professional staff. I think most Westerners would appreciate these choices.
Hotels – I picked Golden Silk but I think you picked the Furama. Both were excellent. Golden Silk had great location; Furama had great beach and restaurants. Very relaxing.
Tour Guide – Dien was very professional and had excellent English skills. Recommend him to others.
Drivers – all drivers were polite, on time and had quality vehicles both in Hanoi and Da Nang.
The only issue was the payment. But I think we are not normal; most travelers do not have UnionPay cards. However, I think you and team handled all challenges very well!
Overall, very happy about the trip and I will recommend you in future
We are back safely in China now. Thank you for arrangements to and from airport in Da Nang.
