Hi Laura,
Please see below a break down of my reviews and recommendations:

Ho Chi Minh
Tour guide – excellent – was very enthusiastic and helpful. Good English and really good knowledge for all our trips in the museum and in Cu Chi tunnels and even the Mekong Delta. Also he kept getting us extras like a sim card and fruit – he was obsessed with food! Tom also went beyond the schedule and took us to a local beef noodle restaurant the day before our schedule was due to start, which was a nice little “welcome to Vietnam” gesture.

Trips – Good – Didn’t feel that rushed. City tour was interesting and the Cu Chi tunnels I would certainly recommend. Mekong Delta was great even though it started raining heavily we were lucky as it was over lunch.

Food – At Mekong Delta it was amazing! The Koto restaurant in city was also good – they explained the significance of the restaurant as well and great atmosphere.

Hoi An
Trips – Jack trans eco tour – Fantastic – great trip and great crew! Half city tour was good to have a quick overview as we had limited time.

Food – food on Jack Tran trip was amazing!

Hotel – Lovely hotel, perfect room, decorated for honeymoon. Nice breakfast

Hanoi
Tour guide – Very nice guy, more serious but very knowledgeable. Viet made every effort to ensure that we had everything that we needed, and even helped us check in at the airport.

Hotel – Really nice hotel, decorated for Honeymoon, great location.

Ha Long Bay Cruise
Trips – Loved the kayaking and swimming on the beach however when we got back he only gave everyone 15 mins to shower and get ready which is ridiculous for 2 people! The cave was also great. In general excellent trip however this was Laurence’s biggest disappointment as he was looking forward to relaxing and felt rushed the whole time.

Siem Reap
Hotel – Excellent, very clean. Lovely breakfast. Great staff. Room was made up for honeymoon. They also gave us a free upgrade on our room.

Tour Guide – Really good, much more chilled out and flexible with the schedule. He helped us with Laundry and changing money. He let us have a lie in and gave us options for the sunset. Instead of going up the mountain we saw the sunset on the floating village which was scheduled for the next day this meant we had time in the morning to go to a market and do some shopping which was more relaxed. Very knowledgeable about the temples, with very good English.

Trips – Excellent – Angkor Wat was a highlight, the floating village excellent followed by a great show. A really enjoyable day, on this day we took 1/3 of our photos.

Phnom Penh
Hotel – Excellent – nice little gem away from the hustle. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location and made up for honeymoon.

Mui Ne
Hotel – Excellent – a perfect blissful hotel. Staff were excellent. It was extremely quiet so we practically had the hotel to ourselves. Amenities were fantastic as we tried surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking.

Room – Big! Very nicely furnished, Wish it was my home in England.
Overall – I would (and have!) recommend Viet Vision to my family. The process is very smooth and it is great to meet the team in Hanoi. All the hotels were excellent, food was great and in general apart from one individual everyone was extremely helpful. Vietnam and Cambodia are fantastic countries and would certainly go back. I had an excellent time and will be passing this on.
