Job Description
- Receive booking from the Head of the Operation Department, and deploy the services included in the program.
- Work directly with suppliers to book services for customers.
- Coordinate with sales staff to order services to meet customer requirements.
- Advise sales staff on options if designated providers are no longer available.
- Build a good relationship and expand the guide network.
- Actively looking for new suppliers and using suggestions.
- Support to update information for products.
- Meeting with customers when required.
- Visit service when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Organize scientific and detailed work.
- Coordinate with colleagues flexible, agile, and good communication.
- Proficient in office skills such as email, word, excel, etc.

Location & Working Time

- Working time of the week: from Monday to Saturday morning every week. Sunday go on duty according to the assigned plan.
- Working time of the day: From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. 1-hour lunch break.
