JOB DESCRIPTION - Domestic Tourism Marketing Staff
Job Objectives
- Enhance company brand recognition on Website and online channels
- Increase potential customers and tour registrations on Website
- Build Digital Marketing strategies to boost revenue from online channels
Main Responsibilities
a. Planning and implementing Digital Marketing strategies (Website, Content, Product, UX/UI):
- Research Domestic and Outbound tourism markets, travel trends and competitors to develop appropriate Digital Marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content on website and digital platforms including images and articles to attract Domestic and Outbound customers
- Analyze and manage company website to improve SEO, optimize user experience, and increase conversion rates
- Ensure content continuity on website, update information about new tours and promotions
b. Data analysis and performance reporting:
- Monitor and analyze Digital Marketing campaign effectiveness through tools like Google Analytics, GA4
- Provide periodic reports on campaign results, make improvement recommendations based on actual data
- Analyze user behavior and conversion rates to adjust campaigns
c. Support and coordinate with other departments:
- Coordinate with sales and customer service departments to ensure consistency in messaging and SEO & advertising campaigns
- Support organizing online events, seminars or other marketing activities when needed
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in equivalent position. Or University/College graduates majoring in Marketing, Tourism, English Language with understanding of tourism products and services, current company products
- Language: Basic English for work purposes
- Ability to organize, implement work independently and manage time effectively
- Sharp, dynamic, creative, proactive and responsible work attitude
- Proficient in office computer skills

Work Location
- Hanoi: 31A Van Mieu, Van Mieu Ward, Dong Da District
Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Saturday (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM)
