We were very satisfied with our trip. Really everything was very nice. Hotels, food, etc. I feel like we got to see quite a lot in a short time. In Hanoi, maybe 1 night in old quater would have been nice. Maybe that's something you can ask people-- do they prefer quiet or more city life.
The guides were all very good, drivers very safe, etc. we never had any concerns.
I was curious why you don't offer the air booking, that would be a nice service.
Regarding Cambodia, we'd like to shorten it Nov 22-29th. We want to do Siem Reap, but not Phnem Penh. Any suggestions for other cities we could visit? We are also interested in Laos. Anything you would recommend. If we could add a day of trekking or biking, we like those kinds of things.
