Job Description - Domestic Tourism Sales Representative - Group Tour Team

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to requests (online & traditional sources)
  • Create tour programs, calculate tour costs, provide quotes and consultation to customers
  • Process contracts, contract settlements, monitor and collect debts according to procedures
  • Maintain customer relationships for future orders
  • Utilize the company's existing customer database according to phased plans deployed by the Sales Director
  • Monitor personal business performance and provide periodic business reports as required
  • Support colleagues when necessary
  • Accept assignments based on current capabilities as delegated
  • Participate in training programs when scheduled
  • Submit periodic reports according to company regulations and when requested by the Sales Director

Requirements

  • Passion for tourism
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel-Tourism, Travel, or related economic fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tour sales/tour operations. Knowledge of tourism, comprehensive experience with tour itineraries, hotels, destinations...
  • Priority given to candidates with experience working with companies in Industrial Parks or handling groups of 100+ people
  • Experience in customer acquisition through online channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, websites) is an advantage
  • Good health, willing to travel for business and organize tours
  • Desire for long-term commitment and stable work environment
  • Open communication skills, sociable and dynamic personality
  • Responsible work attitude, progressive spirit, enthusiasm. Problem-solving skills and quick response to unexpected situations
  • Proficient office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) Saturday (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM)
