Personal Qualifications & Experience:
- University graduate (preferable Foreign Languages or Tourism)
- Inbound sales experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic
- Enjoys interacting with foreign clients and working in tourism
- Willing to work in the office with stable hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries daily
- Coordinate with internal departments: Marketing, Operations, and Accounting
- Assist customers before, during, and after their trips
- Prepare sale reports as required
- Support team members and complete tasks as assigned
- Participate in company training programs
