Michael Reynolds –
I travel for connection, not checklists - and this tour nailed that balance perfectly. From the night train to Lao Cai to kayaking through Halong Bay’s limestone caves, every detail felt curated, not commercialized. Our guide, Linh, was outstanding - knowledgeable, funny, and so patient. The La Regina Royal cruise was a dream: boutique, elegant, and peaceful (no noisy tourist boats in sight). What I appreciated most was how Viet Vision Travel managed to blend cultural immersion with genuine comfort. If you want a tour that goes deeper than the surface, this is the one.
Emily Carter –
We’ve done several small-group tours across Asia, but Hidden Gems of Northern Vietnam stands out for its authenticity. The Sapa trekking routes were exactly what we were looking for - offbeat, quiet, and beautifully raw. Meeting H’mong families in their villages was a humbling experience. The food throughout the trip was incredible - especially the Hanoi street eats and the seafood dinner on the Halong Bay cruise. Everything ran seamlessly, from transfers to accommodations. Viet Vision Travel clearly knows how to design experiences that feel local yet comfortable. We left Vietnam with full hearts (and full stomachs).
Jennifer & Paul Anderson –
This trip was everything I hoped for and more. I’ve been to Vietnam before, but Viet Vision Travel showed me a completely different side of the country. The street food tour in Hanoi was such a highlight - we weren’t herded to touristy spots but tucked into tiny alley restaurants full of locals. Making my own pottery in Bat Trang was surprisingly therapeutic (and funny when my bowl turned out a bit lopsided). The Sapa trek through Sau Chua and Hang Da villages felt like stepping back in time - not a tourist in sight, just quiet mountains and warm smiles. Every part of this tour felt authentic and thoughtfully planned.
