And the most difficult step is removing the fish bones and the cook have to be very careful while processing, after that each fish need to be dried so the dish will be in its best. 3. Quai Vac Cake
Quai Vac Cake is one of the must-try street foods in Phan Thiet. Its unforgettable appetizing flavor attracts all the tourists coming to Phan Thiet. At first glance, it looks like the Vietnamese transparent dumplings that you have tried in Hue, but smaller and the wrapper isn’t as transparent as Hue’s dish.
