ITINERARY:

Day 1: Saigon/Hanoi - fly to Danang - Transfer to Hoi An

We transfer to the airport for a short flight to Danang today. Up on arrival in Danang, we transfer to Golden Sand Resort. We will enjoy Welcome drink while checking in and relax at the beach.

Day 2: Hoi An - Free day at the beach

Free at leisure at the beautiful beach. Or we can take the free shuttle bus to the down town; or play tennis in the free 1 hour tennis court playing; or spend 1 hour free at Fitness Centre...

Day 3: Cooking class

We will meet at Scout Cafe to take the welcome drink. Then we visit Hoi An colorful market and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have our opportunity to interact with local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the coming cooking lesson. After that we board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise about 25 minutes along Thu Bon River to Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life and make sure your camera is in your hand. Up on arrival, we explore the cooking school herb and vegetable garden before learning about some Hoi An and Vietnam well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours, each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge  Chief before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson we enjoy our products then.

Day 4: Hoi An -  My Son Holly land

In the morning, take a private car from Hoi An Town to My Son Holy Land, a World Heritage, 50 km southwest of Hoi An. Located in a lush valley, My Son was a capital and religious center of Cham people, now remaining with red brick towers and sanctuaries. My Son, considered to be in the same league as some of Southeast Asia's greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. These towers and sanctuaries was built from the 7 to 13 centuries.
Back to Hoi An for lunch. After the relax, it is light excursion to go around tiny town of Hoi An for city tour: 400 years old Japanese Bridge, 300 years old Chinese temple, 200 years old Vietnamese former merchants' house. Tour end at about 16.30 pm.

Day 5: Hoi An - Danang - Fly to Saigon/Hanoi

Today we transfer back to Danang to take a short flight to Saigon/Hanoi. End of services.
