Dear Thu Ha,
I wanted to drop you a note to say how impressed both Mr. Mc. Adam and myself were by the organization of the entire trip to Vietnam the other week. The quality of your service was exceptional from start to finish and as a result we will definitely be using your company again for the Vietnam trip in October 2010 and an additional Cambodia trip in the same week. Mr. Mc. Adam will coordinate these again and will be in touch soon regarding dates and itineraries.

Thank you for your email. We got back to school at about 1 AM this morning.
We all had a superb time. The tour guide and driver were both excellent; the hotel was of a decent standard and certainly suitable for a school trip; it was also in an ideal location for exploring; the different restaurants we visited for food were also very good. We felt we had a real Vietnamese culinary experience.
I loved Saigon and we saw many wonderful sights and had some great experiences. It also helped the pupils in their understanding of Vietnamese history.
I certainly intend to offer another trip to Vietnam in Spring 2014 with a different set of pupils. I will be in contact in the Autumn to get a quote from you.
Please pass on my thanks to the guide and driver. I did thank them at the airport at departure but do let them know we thought they did a fantastic job. Thank you also for orchestrating everything. I'm just sorting through the photos at the moment but these are the best 3 of the group, although not that great.
With best wishes,

Dear Ms. Ha
Thank you much for your gift. You are so thoughtful. I saw one of them injured but I believe they should be ok.
General feedback was good. They liked the accommodation and our staff mentioned that two tour guides were very helpful as well. More feedback, I will get back to you soon.
Once again, thank you for your service and gift.

Dear Viet Vision Travel
We arrived safely in HCMC, and our trip is almost through. I got your package once we arrived here--thanks so much for sending the shirt and especially the artwork. I have not looked at it yet--I will keep it packed until I get back to the states. I appreciate your friendship and kindness, and I know that the cadets appreciated your help throughout our trip. Thanks for being a great friend--the same goes for everyone at Viet Vision.
Our trip to Hue went well--the guide was great. It was the same driver. It was strange--he was our driver to My Lai last year and I remembered him! Still, the cadets enjoyed the trip to Hue, even though it was quite warm.
Thanks again for everything Tan 7 Viet Vision Travel team. I will be sure to get a gift in the mail to you once I get back to the US.

Dear Viet Vision Travel,
Well what can I say apart from "Thanks for the memories". What a fantastic trip!
To bring 54 school boys (particularly when they are 15-16 years of age) to a foreign country is always a daunting proposition but with Viet Vision travel it was made so easy. When I was organising the logistics of this trip in Australia I knew that the key to its success was to procure the services of a travel company who not only had an intricate knowledge of Vietnam but who would above all put the safety of our boys as their Number 1 priority. Now when looking back on our successful adventure I can say with a resounding certainty that Viet Vision certainly delivered everything that was promised.
All facets of our Cultural Tour were brilliant. The accommodation, food, modes of travel and Tour Guides were all first class. Our national guide, Anh Tan was without doubt the most likeable and focussed individual I have ever met. By the end of the trip he knew the names of all our students' and had built such a rapport with each that it seemed he had known them for years. Tan's ability to sense what the boys wanted was uncanny. When at times the boys felt like Western food we would miraculously appear at KFC or a shop which sold Pringles, biscuits and the like. This subtle ability to empathise with the whims of the Western teenager is what helped to ensure the success of a trip of this magnitude. Anh Tan was never inflexible, insisting that we stick to the itinerary. If I asked for something to be changed or altered to suit our group it was done. No complaining, "No problem" ( "khong sao dau" ).
Probably the most pleasing aspect about my dealing with Viet Vision was their focus on student safety. Everything from crossing the road, swimming in Bays and resort pools to the eating of local cuisine was discussed before travel and Viet Vision have measures which they put into place to minimise any potential risk. Vietnam is a very safe and friendly country to visit and with Viet Vision as the travel operator it is made even more so.
In summary I have no hesitation in recommending Viet Vision to anyone who is considering a trip to Vietnam. If Viet Vision can organise an unbelievable trip for 54 school students and 6 staff members then they can organise a trip for anyone.
As I stated earlier, 'Thankyou, Viet Vision, Thanks for the memories'.
