November 29 2010, Saigon Tourist Company and it is members of Que Huong liberty JSC, had ground breaking ceremony to start building a five stars hotel on Tran Hung Dao road in Ho Chi Minh City center.

The project owner had announcement that they did increased invest capital up to 60 million USD to convert the project from three start Metropole in to Pullman Saigon hotel center is 5 stars with 24 storey hotel building and three basement, total property  will consist 300 guest rooms, and other facilities such as restaurants, function room, and fitness center.  The project will completed and launching service in 2013, Pullman Saigon Hotel center will be manage by Accor, the international hotel cooperation.

One of great advantage for Saigon hotel development that there are two companies has proclaimed completed foundation of 4stars Novotel Saigon hotel center and it already activated hospitable service from April 2010. With total invest capital 38 million USD to constructed 18 storey hotel building 4 stars hotel achievement, to provide for Vietnam tourism market 250 guest accommodation in Saigon individually. Also similar to others 5 stars hotels has mention on above, Novotel Saigon hotel center will operate and manage by Accor worldwide hotels in 2012.

At the ground breaking ceremony, Nguyen Huu Tho Mr, General Director of Saigon tourist holding company, he has speech that co-operation with Accor worldwide will bring more value guests for hotels chain of company, also diversify and upgrade service qualities. Cooperation will also help Saigon tourist learn and upgrade international standard management level.
