Day 1 Arrival in Hanoi - Night train to Sa Pa
Transfer via: International Flight on your own arrangement
Accommodations: Livitran soft sleeper train
Up on arrival in Hanoi we transfer to the hotel and free until the time we take a night train at around 22:00 to Sapa. Tonight we spend overnight on the train.

Day 2 Sa Pa
Accommodations: Bamboo Sapa Hotel
Site visited: Ham Rong Mountain, Spa market, Cat Cat village
We arrive in Lao Cai Railway station at around 06:00AM and transfer to Sapa for our breakfast and check in hotel if room is available. After that we will climb up Ham Rong Mountain for a panoramic view of Sapa and its environs. Once we have come back down, we will then walk to Cat Cat village, home of the Black H’mong ethnic minority people. Once we walk to the village nestled in the valley below Sapa we will meet the local minority people on the way and we will have chance to visit the home to share culture with families who live here. In the late afternoon we walk back to the town to join the local market. We stay in Sapa tonight. Trekking distance 5 km

Day 3 Sa Pa - Phong Tho (B, L, D)
Accommodations: Lan Anh 2 Hotel
Site visited: Local market, Tram Ton passes...
After breakfast we drive to Phong Tho. This is a remote area and as a result some of the roads will be fairly rough and uneven. Yet this is to our advantage as there will be fewer visitors to spoil our views of the beautiful and dramatic scenery which we encounter along the way. Once we reach Phong Tho we will visit a local market. This market is becoming popular with visitors that make the extra effort getting here, as it is one of the most colorful markets in Vietnam.

Day 4 Phong Tho - Dien Bien Phu (B)
Accommodations: Muong Thanh hotel
Site visited: landscape, hill tribe villages
Today we get up early in the morning and drive to Dien Bien Phu, around 8 hours away. You will see wonderful view along the road. Arrive in Dien Bien Phu we check in hotel and relax.

Day 5 Dien Bien Phu - Hanoi (B)
Accommodations: Muong Thanh hotel
Site visited: landscape, hill tribe villages
This morning we take a quick visit to some history sites such as: Museum, hills, trench and tunnels…
After lunch, we transfer to the airport and take a short flight to Hanoi.

Day 6 Hanoi - Departure (B)
This morning (if we leave Hanoi in the afternoon), we will have some hours visiting Hanoi in the morning, such as. Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda as well as the Temple of Literature. After lunch we check out and transfer to the airport to take the flight to home.

Notes:
Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum opening time: Open from Tuesday to Thursday and weekends from 8am to 11pm. Closed on Mondays and Fridays. The mausoleum is closed for two months of the year, usually October and November, when Ho Chi Minh’s body is maintenance

Breakfast - Each breakfast will be served in your hotel or guest houses or home stay. Breakfast selections will be Vietnamese.

Lunch - Lunches are normally arranged at the Vietnamese restaurants near the scenic spots. Your tour guides will order food according to your appetite. All are Vietnamese dishes, and some are modified to fit westerners' tastes.

Dinner - Same as lunch. If you prefer to not eat Vietnamese food, Viet Vision Travel suggests you have dinner on your own. Your local tour guide can recommend some good western restaurants in the area (Western food some time not available in the remote of mountain area).
